BESA Building & Groundworks is a trading name of Syre Gjoka, a sole trader operating across Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Devon and the wider South West and South of England. For the purposes of data protection law, Syre Gjoka is the "data controller" of any personal information you share with us through this website.

We collect information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use this site.

• Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, property address, and details of the job you're enquiring about, when you fill in our enquiry form, call, email, or message us via WhatsApp.
• Information collected automatically: we use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (town/region level), and device type. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking, including call tracking, which can temporarily assign a unique forwarding phone number to visitors who arrive from a paid ad, so we can measure which ads lead to phone calls.
• Postcode checker: when you use the coverage checker on this site, the postcode you enter is sent to a third-party service (postcodes.io) to look up the general location. We do not store the postcodes you check.
