Do you only do drainage?
Drainage is our core trade and where most of our work is, but we also handle patio laying, decking, and block or brickwork — all built with the same drainage-aware groundwork that prevents problems down the line. See it all on our groundworks & building page.
Do you charge for the CCTV survey?
A full CCTV survey, written report and unblock is £200 — a genuinely fixed price, not a "free call-out" with charges added per half-hour once the van's on your drive. If the blockage turns out to be caused by root ingress or a collapsed pipe and can't simply be cleared, we'll give you a separate repair quote rather than force it.
Do you provide fixed quotes for patios, decking and brickwork?
Yes — we'll always give you a clear, written quote before any groundworks or building work starts, based on what the job actually involves. No vague estimates that change once we're on site.
What does the 10-year guarantee cover?
Structural drainage repairs and relining, and structural groundworks and building work — retaining walls, patios and decking — are all backed by our 10-year guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind on the fix.
Can you combine drainage and groundworks in the same project?
Regularly — a new patio or driveway often needs a soakaway or drainage connection as part of the same job, and we can design and install that ourselves rather than you needing to bring in a separate contractor.
Do you unblock kitchen sinks or toilets?
No — on the drainage side we exclusively handle outdoor drainage systems: external pipes, main drains, manholes and soakaways. We don't service internal blockages such as sinks, showers or toilets.
